HEAT MACHINE MOD.TK ELITE2013 MNELITE201311000 Machine with hot working and driven vacuum. The machine works in three main steps:
in the first phase the humidity enters in the upper fitted on the form by the vacuum; in the second phase, in an ironing room with controlled hot air at high speed, it is stretched and the upper eliminates all the imperfections on the surface; in the third and final phase the upper is put back in the vacuum and it is eliminated all the residual moisture inside allowing a correct stabilization of the same on the form.

The machine is programmable and is wholly owned by an industrial PLC, which performs a variety of control functions.

The machine uses a special ventilation system, can regulate the temperature faster, allowing the operator to change the machining program, even with very different temperatures, instantly.
